We’ve set out to brew a beer that is low in ABV and high in flavour. Dextrin malt and oats add body; a generous Mosaic and Ekuanot leaf hops addition on the hot side bring satisfying late hop flavour; while post-fermentation Citra, Mosaic and Idaho 7 pellet additions bring layers of tropical, citrus and stone fruit.

We’ve fermented this beer with S-04 yeast, to provide a crisp and refreshing finish that readies the palette ready for the next sip.

Available in cask only. Its lower ABV makes it the perfect choice for a long afternoon in the pub catching up with friends and family, or the ideal thirst quencher at the end of a brisk late-winter/early-spring walk.

Malt: Maris Otter, Low Colour Maris Otter, Munich, Torrefied Wheat, Chocolate, Dextrin, Oats.
