This beer has been brewed in collaboration with the good people at Turning Point Brew Co.!

Josh and Chris from Turning Point were keen to brew a pale ale with elderflower and we thought it’d be great if we could pair it with ginger. Easy drinking and refreshing, ready for the lingering summer evenings ahead.

With this in mind we’ve kept the base beer very subtle. We use a low colour and simple malt grist, fresh and subtle UK hops for low bitterness, and our house yeast culture lends a clean and crisp finish.

This beer is available in cask now, in our pubs and beyond. And at such a low abv it’s an easy choice on sunny, summer days.

Malt: Lager Malt, Torrefied Wheat

Hops: WGV (uk hops)

Other: Ginger Root, Dried Elderflower

Yeast: Castle Rock House Culture

Allergens: Malted barley, Wheat (gluten)
